Kerry serves as the team’s Processing Manager. During her five years on Jeff's team, she has strived to provide an exceptional experience for clients. Kerry corresponds with realtors and borrowers, facilitates borrower conditions, researches new loan programs and stays informed of industry changes. She goes above and beyond to streamline transactions and is integral to the success of the team.

Jared Carucci -Transaction Coordinator

Jared has been a part of Jeff's team since 2010. As Transaction Coordinator, he monitors the client pipeline and exports online applications as well as assembles loan documents for processing. In addition, he maintains the client and realtor database and focuses on appreciation campaigns and surveys. A student of Salem State University, Jared graduates in May of 2012 and will become a full-time member of Jeff's team.

Rose Azevedo - Loan Processor

Rose has processed loans as part of Jeff's team since 2011. With over 20 years mortgage business experience including underwriting and closing loans, Rose is familiar with most every aspect of the industry, enabling her to be proficient in her position as Loan Processor. Working directly with our in-house underwriters, Rose ensures conditions are satisfied in a timely manner.

Lori Johnson - Marketing Director

Lori serves as Marketing Director for the Jeff Palermo team by overseeing projects that support business development. Utilizing current technology, she creates in-house print marketing campaigns, coordinates joint advertising efforts, assists in publicity events and seminars, writes press releases, updates the website and strengthens the team’s web presence through the use of social media.
